This is the day the Lord has made

Today we went to the Doctor, for med check and for adjustments to said meds and while that is not of significance we did hear again just how well the youngest is doing. It has been two years since his last hospitalization and as I think of that first year post diagnosis I think of all the things we have learned, tried and succeeded with different therapies. And now we ( our little universe of three) need to move forward grasping on to the new normal, letting go of the fear  and embracing each day, because the Lord has made it and we are placed in it and rejoicing is called for because the youngest has made great small steps this week and for that I am thankful.
